compass™, Aurion Learning's 360 Competency Assessment tool encourages staff and management to keep track of on-going skills development gaps at an individual and organisational level using a validated appraisal process. No more expensive, paper-based 360 competency assessment forms to be collated and analysed.

Additional Features

Print Centre
The Print Centre allows the user to print a variety of graphical and tabular reports that provide an insight into the user's strengths and areas for development, with comparisons against self-assessment scores, peer assessment scores, line manager scores and team member competency scoring.

Line Manager review
Users can choose to send their competency assessment results to a line manager for review.

Assessing Others
Users can invite others to assess them within the organisation, or can setup guest accounts for assessors outside the organisation.

Assessment History
The user can close off a competency assessment and maintain an archive of past competency assessments for later review.

Reporting
Aurion Learning is happy to customise the registration form for compass™ in order that organisation specific data is gleaned about each user. Customised reports can then be produced as needed for the organisation.

Plug-in Modules

Manager Module
With the Managers module plugged in, Managers can monitor the competency assessments of team members and gather results on team competency profiles. Managers can also choose to signoff competency assessments as part of a Performance Management of Personal Development planning approach within the organisation.

Learning Support
With the Learning Support module plugged in, the local Administrator can upload recommended training interventions and resources for each Competency area so that when a development gap is identified the user can access a series of training interventions that could be used to target the development need.

compass™ is delivered with extensive deployment and implementation support to ensure that it reflects the organisation's competency assessment strategy whilst integrating seamlessly with the client's existing web environment, or hosted externally as needed.
