For six years Aurion Learning has specialised in developing CPD solutions for institutional clients, culminating in the release of a suite of leading edge tools developed around the core cpdengage™ product. cpdengage™ is a web-based CPD application for Professional Bodies and their members which streamlines the cycle from planning to learner reflection in accordance with best practice techniques associated with ‘Output Driven’ Continuing Professional Development..
For the member, cpdengageT is a Professional Development and Career Planning tool that allows members to maintain their online CPD portfolio by assessing their Professional Development needs, planning their CPD activities for the coming year, recording their CPD activities and of course reflect on the CPD undertaken. An intelligent underlying algorithm enables the system to recommend learning and development opportunities to members that meet their development goals.
For the CPD Administrator, cpdengageT is a comprehensive system that relieves the administration burden of registration, monitoring, annual returns management whilst facilitating a more strategic approach to CPD management with tools that support proactive membership services and potential new revenue streams.

Print Centre
The Print Centre supports printing of CPD portfolios, including the CPD Requirements and Summary of activity to date, a record of all Development Goals, a record of all planned and completed CPD activities and a summary and detailed printout of the reflective portfolio.
Message Centre
cpdengage™ has been designed as a supportive and proactive tool for members and Administrators alike. An inbuilt Message Centre enables both the system and the CPD Administrators to communicate with members.
Annual Return and Monitoring
The Annual Return feature enables members to view an online Annual Return and submit the Annual Return to the Professional Body for review and reporting.

Employer Module
With the Employers module plugged in, Employers can monitor CPD activity of their staff members, can update the competency framework to include competencies which are relevant to their staff members, can upload their own CPD activities into the CPD catalogue and can report on CPD activity and monitoring of CPD for compliance purposes.
Regulator Module
With the Regulator module plugged in, the CPD Regulator can use cpdengageTM to generate a sample of members and ask for their full and completed CPD portfolio to be submitted for review.
eSeminars
cpdengage™ allows for the upload and tracking of online sessions within the system. Aurion Learning's advanced eSeminars functionality enables clients to manage and deliver audio and video presentations as developmental resources within cpdengage™ and to track all associated learner activities. In this way members can automatically accrue Learning hours upon completion of the assessment associated with each eSeminar.

cpdengage™ is delivered with extensive deployment and implementation support to ensure that it reflects the overall professional body CPD scheme whilst integrating seamlessly with the client's existing web environment. To ensure that this happens Aurion Learning works closely with client organisations from early in the initial requirements gathering phase to establish integration needs:
