Aurion Learning has created a sister company called Aurion Leadership. Aurion Leadership specialises in leadership and management development using the very latest in accelerated and blended learning techniques.
The founders are Richard O'Rawe, formerly Managing Partner of Venture International Ltd and Dr. Maureen Murphy, Managing Director of Aurion Learning. Between them they have over 35 years experience in the design and delivery of accelerated learning programmes and leadership development initiatives.
Our blended learning leadership programmes and leadership projects work involve a range of assignments which can be broadly categorised as follows:
- Leadership audits to establish a baseline measure before embarking on a development programme.
- Advice to organisations on leadership and management development.
- Restructuring of senior management teams (roles and responsibilities) in larger organisations.

Unlocking Leadership is our flagship leadership and management development programme. The programme is aimed at achieving performance improvement by facilitating managers to reflect on and further develop their leadership, team working and management practices.
